Jigsaw was formed in 1994 as a network of experienced, independent management consultants. We provide an enhanced service by combining our resources. Jigsaw’s strength is in its ability to offer exceptional value for money in providing a fully integrated personal consultancy service, without the overheads of a large organisation. The member presenting a proposal carries out the assignment, either individually or leading a team.

Jigsaw is led by a group of established core members, who run their own consulting businesses. A pool of selected associates is available to support core members when required. This approach enables Jigsaw to provide a team of skilled consultants quickly with the appropriate expertise needed to undertake each project.

Jigsaw has recently been awarded an OGC Buying Solutions approved framework contract with the Home Office and Ministry of Justice covering Operational Research and analytic support for offender management and sentencing. This can be used by other public sector organisations.
