An experienced, hard working consultant with a track record of successfully developing complex business and financial models, carrying out cost benefit analysis and business benefits realisation, reviewing existing systems and re-engineering the business model to improve service delivery.

He was a senior consultant with one of the big five (now four) accountancy based consultancies with experience in the public and private sectors. At the Inland Revenue he was a section leader in Analysis and Research supervising a team of junior analysts providing analysis, business and financial modelling and benefits measurement for policy and systems development. He has been an independent consultant since 2003.

A team player working with client staff ensuring their knowledge is incorporated into new systems/models whilst critically reviewing and challenging assumptions. A good listener and communicator who has successfully lead teams developing new systems/models to tight deadlines. He is passionate about the integrity, consistency and completeness of input data as the quality and reliability of outputs are dependent on the inputs.
