Sue has over 35 years' consultancy and management experience, the majority of which were spent in the Metropolitan Police as an internal consultant and manager, including ten years as Director of Consultancy and Information Services. She has been an independent consultant since 2003 working mainly with public or charity sector clients, tackling a range of management problems from the development of a risk management plan for a forest based enterprise to an analysis of the value of CCTV in crime clearance. Sue is particularly keen to work closely with clients to try to find pragmatic solutions to problems.
